About us
Fitness that fits in the space you already have
Most people don’t quit exercise because they’re lazy. They quit because the plan asked for a gym, an hour and a body they didn’t have yet. We built TrueMe for everyone else: fifteen minutes, one wall, and a plan that meets you where you are — then moves with you.

What we believe
Four rules we build by
Honest over hype
We tell you what training can’t do — no spot reduction, no overnight transformations — so you can trust us on what it can.
Small beats perfect
Three sessions you actually do are worth more than five you skip. When life gets full, your plan gets smaller, not harder.
Built around you
Your first plan comes from your answers. Every plan after that comes from what you actually did and how it felt.
Kind to your body
Low impact by design, an easier version of every move, and a clear line: a strong pull is fine, pain is not.
The details
Obsessive about the small things
The difference between a workout you finish and one you abandon is usually a hundred small decisions. A few of ours:
- 8s
- Every clip loops on the same frozen pose, so a rep never jumps mid-movement.
- 12
- Words, at most, in a spoken cue — anything longer is still playing after the moment has passed.
- 28
- Days in a block. Long enough to feel a change, short enough to adapt before it gets stale.
