1. The guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first purchase within 30 days of buying it.

2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with “Refund” in the subject line. You don’t need to give a reason.
3. When you’ll get it
We refund to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you have under consumer law in your country, including any right to cancel.
