The Service provides general fitness information and exercise guidance. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or other qualified professional.

Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant or postpartum, have an injury, a heart condition, high blood pressure, or any other medical condition.

Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or chest discomfort. You take part in any exercise at your own risk.

Results vary between people and depend on many factors, including consistency, sleep and nutrition. We do not promise any specific result.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login details secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Paid features are described, with their price and renewal terms, at checkout before you pay. Our Subscription Terms and Money-back Policy form part of these terms.

• Don’t copy, resell or redistribute the Service or its content.
• Don’t attempt to access parts of the Service you are not authorised to use, or interfere with its operation.
• Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful.

All content in the Service — including workouts, videos, audio, text and design — belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial use while your access is active.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update the Service and these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in advance. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
