Subscription Terms

Your personalised 4-week plan and report is a one-off purchase of $3.99, charged at checkout.

It includes a 7-day free trial of the TrueMe app. If you don’t cancel during the trial, the app subscription starts automatically and costs $29.99 every 28 days — that is every four weeks, which is thirteen charges a year, not twelve.

Prices shown at checkout include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. TODO(legal): tax wording per market.

Your subscription renews automatically every 28 days at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. We charge the payment method you used at checkout.

We email you a reminder before your trial ends and before any price change takes effect.

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will cancel for you. TODO(product): add in-app cancellation and describe it here.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends or your next renewal to avoid being charged. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds are covered by our Money-back Policy.

If we change the price of your subscription, we will tell you in advance and the new price will only apply from your next renewal after the notice period. You can cancel before then.
